Maria Teresa Tenti comes from  Argentina e for about 30 years has taught different subjects and careers in:
  • CATHOLIC UNIVERSITY OF SANTIAGO DEL ESTERO
  • DIOCESAN SEMINAR “SANTIAGO EL MAYOR”
  • INSTITUTE OF HIGHER STUDIES “SAN MARTIN DE PORRES”
Academic functions performend:
  • RECTOR of the Institute of Higher Studies San Martín de Porres
  • DEACON Faculty of Political, Juridical and Social Sciences Catholic University of Santiago del Estero
  • Member of Faculty Councils and Superior Council of the Catholic University of Santiago del Estero.
Current Funcionts:
  • CENTER FOR STUDY AND APPLICATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS.
    FOUNDER in 2001 and DIRECTOR since then. With the participation of teachers and volunteer students, they carry out their own projects or as a reference in Santiago del Estero of some national and international. In recent years,
    – Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents
    – Urban Rights
    – Violence against Women
    – Trafficking in Persons
    – Moobing, Grooming.
  • DIOCESAN DELEGATE to the Episcopal Commission of Migrants and Itinerant People. Assistant and exhibitor at Meetings, Congresses, etc.
  • IN JUSTICE AND PEACE
    * Active member of the Diocesan Commission on Human Rights, while it worked.
    * Participant in numerous seminars, meetings, etc, Justice and Peace of the OP Family of Argentina.
    * Participant in meetings of Justice and Peace OP of the Southern Cone: Santiago del Estero, Argentina and Montevideo, Uruguay.
    * Currently, one of the delegates of the Family Council OP Argentina in the Justice and Peace Commission that organizes the CONOSUR 2018 Meeting.

  1. Congratulations to Teresa Tenti what an amazing Lay Dominican you are. I was fortunate to be a member of the ICLDF with you from 2008 and I have followed you on Facebook ever since. Due to language difficulties I perhaps missed some little inspirational words that you added during our many Meetings, but I was fascinated with your Reports and work you were involved in Argentina. However, when eyes meet you don’t need words to express the genuine love we have for Our Lord through our Dominican Family, and our genuine love for one another. This of course was shown during our meeting again in Rome in January as Lay Delegates from our respective Countries
    May you always be blessed to carryout this new appointment with the genuine love that you’ve always shown.
